From chaos to success during the bridge building workshop

A Bridge Building workshop with Boston Scientific. It was a party again. Wonderful to see how things are moving from total chaos and confusion to communicating, coordinating, checking, encouraging and thinking in solutions. Ten minutes before the end it doesn’t seem to work anymore and then finally the bridge is suddenly there and the cars drive over it with great cheering. Well done Boston Scientific! 🙂
