A successful juggling training at iPM

How collaboration and fun come together in a unique workshop

Recently, I had the pleasure of providing an inspiring juggling training session for the iPM team. In a cheerful and energetic atmosphere, colleagues got to work together, where it wasn’t just about throwing and catching balls, but primarily about collaboration, perseverance, and having fun together.

The first throws

The training began with a short introduction in which the trainer juggled three balls and demonstrated a few interactive exercises. Then everyone could get started. For many, this was the first time they had held a juggling ball, which immediately caused much hilarity and curiosity. After a few simple exercises and some encouragement, the first successful throws soon emerged.

Challenge and fun

The beauty of juggling is that it not only offers a physical challenge but also keeps the mind fresh. During the training, everyone discovered the importance of concentration, rhythm, and perseverance. Making mistakes was part of the game—and those were celebrated with laughter. Thus, self-confidence and team spirit grew with every mistake and every success.

Colleagues enthusiastically encouraged each other, shared their own tips, and celebrated everyone’s progress. Juggling thus became a metaphor for collaboration: you need each other to stay balanced and achieve the best results together.

It was fantastic to see how colleagues not only learned a new skill but, above all, had fun together—something that will undoubtedly contribute to the atmosphere and collaboration in the workplace.

In short: the juggling training at iPM was a great success, full of fun, learning moments, and connection. I look back on it with great satisfaction!
