On June 1st the weather was lovely. So the juggling workshop for BDO, with feedback as the theme, was held outside in the sun. We looked at giving feedback on someone else’s juggling, on someone else’s juggling when you were in an exercise together and when you did an exercise with a team. The intention can sometimes differ. It’s fun to bring this up in a playful way. Above all, we had a lot of fun and it was nice for the participants to be reactivated after lunch.
