The Art of Letting Go” as a substantive intermezzo
As a child you learn automatically, while playing. You don’t have to unlearn anything yet and you are not hindered by fear of failure. Adults also learn more easily when they are (literally) moving. Through the many parallels that exist between learning and juggling, our trainer invites you to pick up the balls and start playing.
Learn and relax
Almost everyone has wanted to learn how to juggle and everyone can do it, regardless of assumed motor failure or other caveats. During a proven learning plan, a parallel is made at every step between learning, changing, letting go. Juggling offers a wonderful metaphor to, if desired, also connect to other more specific themes. To stimulate learning and playing, we also use the so-called ‘Double Juggle’. People learn the pattern of the 3-ball cascade more easily when they work together. In this exercise we invite people in pairs to keep 3 balls in the air together. The intention is that these couples do not keep muddling through, but direct each other in throwing, focusing and communicating.
