We were asked to facilitate the Strategic Communication Game for NVvA three times in a row.
It is an active game, certainly, and there is a lot of laughter during these sessions! But meanwhile… Strategic communication, creative thinking, listening, and being heard prove to be important pillars for achieving the dramatic improvement that the strategic communication scenario game is all about.
The Mindpepper trainers encourage the three breakout groups to discover and solve the problem area of the assignment through hands-on practise. Thinking outside the box, translating ideas into action, and gaining experience in different scenarios yields amazing results.
Afterwards, one participant shared the insight that the enormous leap in quality was achieved by trying again and again, daring to think broadly, listening carefully, and learning from previous attempts. And that this had never before become so clear in such a short time in such a pleasant way.
